Who we are
LL Cloud Development & Operations ("LL Cloud", "we") runs devop.sh from Athens, Greece. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email, company (optional), topic and message, so we can reply to your enquiry. The form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for the same purpose.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to see which pages are visited and whether the contact form is used. It sets
_gacookies. If you decline, it is not loaded. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. - Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every page.
- Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for any business relationship that follows, and deleted on request where we have no legal obligation to keep them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
